Ok.. I don't know what that little red dangly thing is on the Turkey...wait. Googled it. It is called a "Caruncle" and it turns bright red when a Turkey is upset or in courtship. Who knew.
ANYHOW!! The point I am trying to make is that I found this video from Real Simple magazine regarding how to tone up your arms. The flabbiness of my tricep when I wave made me think of the "Caruncle" on a Turkey. Thanksgiving is next week. We tend to EAT. Hence, the video.
